Dr. Razdan pursued an ICRETT Fellowship of UICC Geneva, an international agency for research on cancer, Lyon (France), and G.S.F. Fellowship at German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ), Heidelberg (Germany). Dr. Razdan worked at Ranbaxy Laboratories for six years and then joined Max Neeman International in 2005, serving as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for oversight of Operations Departments as well as heading the Business Development team in India for client relations in Europe and South East Asia.

Dr. Razdan is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Association of Contract Research Organizations (ACRO).

She brings over ten years of experience and has played an active role in the development and growth of the company.
